タングドラムの弾きこもり中野 心乃華（なかの このは）です。
この度は、「タングドラム講座」を受講してくださり、ありがとうございます。
タングドラムってなに？
この講座を受講してくださった方の中には、
そもそも「タングドラム」って何？と思っておられる方が多いと思います。
私も実際に楽器を見せていただくまで、名前も知りませんでした。
タングドラムとは、プロパンガスのガスタンクの底の部分をカットし、
切り込みを入れて作った打楽器です。
切り込みの部分が舌（tongue）のような形のため、
タングドラム（Tongue Drum）とか、
スチールタングドラム（Steel Tongue Drum）などと呼ばれています。
ドーム形の楽器本体に「舌（タング）状」の切り込みが入っています。
楽器中央に1番低い音が配置され、
それをぐるりと囲むように、円形にその他の音が配置されています。
楽器裏面の中央に、
「共鳴孔」と呼ばれる穴が空いていることが多いです。
⬇️これが、「タングドラム」です。
タングドラムの存在を多くの人に知っていただき、
私のように、過去に音楽で挫折したことのある方に、
もう一度音楽って楽しいと、
改めて感じてもらえたらと思って活動しています。

What is a Tongue Drum?
Some of you who have taken this course, What is a “Tongue Drum” anyway? I am sure that many of you who have taken this course have wondered what a “Tongue Drum” is. I didn’t even know what it was until I was actually shown the instrument.
What is a Tongue Drum?
It is a percussion instrument made by cutting a slit in the bottom of a propane gas tank. Because the incision is shaped like a tongue, it is called a “Tongue Drum” or “Steel Tongue Drum”.
The dome-shaped body of the instrument has a “tongue” shaped slit.
The lowest note is placed in the center of the instrument, and the other notes are arranged in a circle around it.
There is often a hole called a resonance hole in the center of the back of the instrument.
⬇️This is the “Tongue Drum”.
I hope to make people aware of the existence of Tongue Drum and to make people like me, who have been frustrated with the instrument in the past, feel again that music is fun. I’m very happy if you could support me.
